What does the intellectual organic mean?

Intellectual organic? What does it mean? Imagine this. Someone who stays in the very beautiful hostel, and then thinking about oppressed labor, peasant, and indigenous people struggles…is it possible to him/her to care and assist them consistently? What do you really mean about the favor to the oppressed people? Is there any position such this?

Marx, hundreds year ago said that there is no neutrality; you must be apart of oppressor or oppressed because of the long injustice history, economic and politic relation system. No other choice between them. His further explanation said that human consciousness represents his/her social condition, by means social condition is many kinds of daily real experiences in dealing with human and society relations. If you are located in the settled condition, you will fight for its existence emerging abuses to the other class. If you are located in the oppressed condition, you will fight for changing the situation, and indeed it will disturb the ruled class interests. It is called by Marx as the pattern of fundamental contradiction, one of the Marxism philosophies.

It was an observing by Marx now called Marxism to the situation of the industry society in Europe particularly by his research in England society in the late of eighteen century.

I want to pay attention about the meaning of condition emerging human consciousness. What really emerges human behavior, thought, and acts in what Marx said as praxis experiences. praxis experiences involve a complex system instead of social reality.
